We are growing fast and now looking for driven and customer focused SuccessFactors Solution Consultants with different backgrounds and experience levels to join the team in Nordics, Baltics and India.
In our team you will participate in the full implementation lifecycle, gathering business requirements, designing, developing, testing, deploying, training and handling documentation. You can also have an important role in pre-sales, creating solutions in bids for our customers and opportunity to proactively come up with new ideas to extend our business and to better serve our customers.

As a SuccessFactors Solution Consultant or Architect your role can include, depending on your experience level:
- Leading the assigned responsibility area
- Providing advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client
- Comprehending client requirements and provide the business solutions
- Collaborating with the sales team to create and deliver client proposals
- Proactively proposing new ideas for our customers
- Supporting in presales and bid creation
- Proactively sharing knowledge and coaching other consultants in your own responsibility area
We expect you to have:
- At least 3 years of SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience in SuccessFactors solutions implementations and services
- Experience in configuration of various Employee Central elements e.g. data models, business rules, metadata framework, position management settings, integration center, role based permissions.
- Experience in SuccessFactors solutions implementations and services
- Ability to work with integration teams and provide functional information on mapping and Employee Central processes.
- Excellent communication skills for regular interactions with clients for requirement gathering.
- Ability to articulate and present solutions and functionalities in a clear and concise manner.
- SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central and/or additional certification/s will be an advantage.
- Experience in configuration of time off, time sheet and benefits is an added advantage but not a pre-requisite.
