With us you will be responsible for:- supporting and maintaining virtual hardware and software environment
- regular communication with customer (VMware and vSan related);
- keeping global KPI;
- learning our solutions to be ready help with Implementation projects;
- troubleshooting issues and testing and implementing new solutions
- participate in all key service areas such as Lifecycle management, Risk management, Security management, Continuous improvements etc.
- keeping On-Call duty
- completing other duties as assigned
We expect you to have:
We expect you to have:- minimum 1 year in VMware (version 6.0-6.7);
- basic knowledge - vSan; Dell Hardware; Network; NBU backup
- good knowledge of ITIL practise - Incident, Change, Problem management
- ability to work as On-call
- good knowledge of English language
- works independent/with limited supervision
