You will be responsible for:

  • ensure that all Changes are implemented according to approved schedule
  • orchestrate, follow-up and audit the change process in IPS
  • continuously monitor process execution in change implementation phase via KPIs and other measures/reporting
  • continuously monitor ticket quality and propose improvements when needed
  • support change lead in identifying resources for design phase
  • manage Planning and implementation phase ticket flows in the queues
  • report issues in the process and give feedback to managers and customers
  • provide standard reports to COM and point customized report requests to the reporting team
  • gCAB (see procedure document)
  • ensuring the PIR (Post implementation review) is done after each unsuccessful and emergency
  • verifying the ticket quality for unsuccessful changes



  • experience in Change Management process
  • ITIL knowledge,  ITIL foundation certificate would be a plus
  • active English knowledge
  • good communication and work management skills
