Senior ECM Specialist – EMC Documentum / InfoArchive

Our ECM (Enterprise Content Management) unit sells, delivers and supports ECM solutions and services as well as offers consultancy for our customer’s complex operational environments. There are around altogether 100+ experts globally. ECM area is growing fast; organizations are developing and supporting their business operations both in external web services and internal processes. Our services and solutions are based on the leading technologies and products such as EMC Documentum, Alfresco One and IBM Filenet.

This time we are looking for a highly motivated candidates for Senior Technical Specialist / administrator positions who would join our platform support and maintenance team which is responsible for providing of expert services for our clients who use solutions based on EMC Documentum and InfoArchive technologies.

If you have several years’ experience in deployment and support of EMC Documentum based system and if you have a desire to growth further as an expert in ECM area we are able not only to provide you with an interesting job, but we will support you in such grow by providing trainings of new versions and products and enable you to get certified. At last but not least we will give you chance to participate in product support tasks for our main clients where you will get a chance to get engaged with the vendor’s product engineering.

With us you will be responsible for:

  • Platform support and applications’ maintenance (T3)
    – incident management and problem management
  • Setup of platform monitoring including participation on design of new monitoring tools
  • Installations/configurations, upgrade and migration projects
    – including its planning and governance of particular steps execution
  • Communication & coordination with other teams including customer ones
    – T2 support team
    – infra, DB & network teams
    – customer’s key users, service architects and other stakeholders
  • Simulation of product issues and their escalation to EMC product support

We expect you to have:

  • At least 6 years’ experience in IT
  • At least 3 years’ experience in administration of ECM platform(s)
  • Solid SQL and DB administration knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL)
  • MS Windows and Unix/Linux administration skills including scripting
  • Experience with server virtualization means
  • Knowledge of ITIL based support processes and methods
  • Fluent English both spoken and written


  • Experience with system administration of EMC Documentum based systems
  • Knowledge of EMC InfoArchive and/or xDB
  • EMC Documentum and ITIL certified
  • Good HTML/Javascript coding skills
  • Experience J2EE/JSP software development
  • VMWare knowledge
