Technical Specialist – Documentum / InfoArchive

With us you will be responsible for:

  • platform support and applications’ maintenance (T3)
    – incident management and problem management
  • setup of platform monitoring including participation on design of new monitoring tools
  • installations/configurations, upgrade and migration projects
    – including its planning and governance of particular steps execution
  • communication & coordination with other teams including customer ones, especially with
    – T2 support team
    – infra, DB & network teams
    – customer’s key users, service architects and other stakeholders
  • simulation of product issues and their escalation to vendor(s)

We expect you to have:

  • at least 4 years’ experience in IT
  • experience in administration of ECM platform(s)
  • solid SQL and DB administration knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL)
  • MS Windows and Unix/Linux administration skills including scripting
  • experience with server virtualization means
  • knowledge of ITIL based support processes and methods
  • fluent English both spoken and written


  • experience with system administration of OpenText Documentum based systems
  • knowledge of OpenText InfoArchive and/or xDB
  • OpenText Documentum and ITIL certified
  • good HTML/Javascript coding skills
  • experience with J2EE/JSP software development
  • VMWare knowledge
