About us

All SD agents are english speaking specialists, trained during trial period and developing their skills continuously. We provide support in English, German, Swedish, Polish and Finnish language. The service is based on ITIL processes and operational integration, accessible via a portal and optionally other channels (for example telephone and e-mail).

We are flexible and innovative, that is why we do not limit our services to officially supported issues only. Our agents participate in support of Cloud Services, Google, Microsoft, Mobile Devices, Mac’s and many others.

With us you will be responsible for

  • receiving customer IT requests through communication channels (e.g. phone call, chat, e-mail)
  • resolving service outages and customer request solving
  • communication with technical specialists
  • equal requests distribution among a team of specialists

We expect you to have

  • fluent English and German language skill on B2 level or higher, more languages are advantage
  • basic knowledge and experience from IT area
  • good communication and expressive skills
  • ability to work in a team
  • self-motivation
