Shift Leader

You will be responsible for:

  • leading the Incident Management Control Centre (IMCC)
  • driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the IMCC
  • managing the work and priorities of specialists working in IMCC
  • Incident Management process and its continuous improvement
  • reporting results of the IMCC

We expect:

  • leadership skills
  • very good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • active English
  • understanding of IT infrastructure and relationship between platforms
  • natural urge to learn new things
