SW Developer/ Customer Support Person
First part of this role is to take responsibility for developing Spotgate product, including designing it to fit into the architecture, possibly prototyping the user-interface, and then implementing, building, unit-testing, and integrating the components that are part of the solution. Maintenance of existing SW components is also part of the role.
Second part of this role (Customer Support) is to take the responsibility for solving 2nd level customer support tickets (creating user accounts, giving advice, resolving issues, etc). This role requires from candidate to know about the web application, CRM data, my service contracts, Adobe After Effects and Telestream Vantage, Linux and Jboss application server
