Application specialist for ITSM tools
Into our ServiceNow solutions team we are looking for a Support specialist and consultant for ITSM tools. (ticketing tool from ServiceNow, one of the biggest market players in this area).
In this position you will be responsible for:
- creation and maintenance of customer data based on the requests,
- application support of ITSM tool as part of incident and problem management,
- consultations of ITSM tools for external and internal customers,
- seeking for improvements, standardization and automation of routine work.
We are looking for:
- who has basic knowledge or awareness of ITSM tools,
- experience or basic knowledge of ITIL processes,
- knows basics of IT infrastructure,
- Is able to decide independently and quickly and likes to be member of a team,
- and her/his English is on good level in oral and written
- As an advantage we appreciate if you have:
- experience with ITSM systems (ticketing systems) like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.
- Working in a good team in informal environment in the Ostrava city center
