ITSM tool system administrator

Into our ServiceNow solutions team we are looking for a Support specialist and consultant for ITSM tools. (ticketing tool from ServiceNow, one of the biggest market players in this area).

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • ITSM system maintenance, configuration, optimization and installation
  • administration of ITSM tool as part of incident, problem and change management design and deployment. Including documentation creation and it’s maintenance
  • seeking for improvements, standardization and automation of routine work

We are looking for:

  • communicative and customer oriented colleague
  • who knows MySQL (Oracle, MSSQL) database systems
  • has good knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems
  • has experience in IT area for 3 years and/or university degree in IT
  • is able to decide independently and quickly and likes to be member of a team
  • and her/his English is on good level in oral and written
  • as an advantage we appreciate if you have:
    • knowledge of Java scripting, PHP, Java, HTML, XML
    • experience with ServiceNow tools
    • knowledge of ITIL and it’s processes or ITIL v3 Foundation certificate
