You will be responsible for:
- handling of automaticaly generated tickets about problems on customer servers.
- solving problems using various monitoring tools and remote desktop connection.
- specialization on specific operation systems or aplications and deeper investigation / problem solving after initial training period.
- active English skills (reading, writing, communication skills)
- deeper knowledge of Windows / Unix is always welcome.
