Technical specialist

You will be responsible for:

  • handling of automaticaly generated tickets about problems on customer servers.
  • solving problems using various monitoring tools and remote desktop connection.
  • specialization on specific operation systems or aplications and deeper investigation / problem solving after initial training period.


  • active English skills (reading, writing, communication skills)
  • deeper knowledge of Windows / Unix is always welcome
  • team player
