Technical Specialist for CRM system

About us:

Your main responsibility is to provide technical support for business in case when CRM system is not working as expected. Second goal is to monitor production environment to identify system’s bottleneck. The customer is from telecommunication area.


With us you will be responsible for:

  • L2 support – analyse of production issues reported by first level support
  • On call duty to support Sales hours
  • Deployment operations
  • Fix data in production databases – failed orders fixing and knowledge base creation
  • Monitor production systems
  • Maintenance – Identify logical, dependency and performance problems

We expect you to have:

  • Linux operations – admin experience with networking basics
  • Apache Tomcat
  • SQL basics
  • User level GIT knowledge

We welcome if you have:

  • Java code basic understanding
  • Chef Client knowledge
  • Scripting skills (Python, shell, Perl)
