As an our architect you are responsible for design and maintaining event management system, looking for improvements and automating routine work. The international teamwork requires needed communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
Your key tasks will include:
- Design changes of event management solution
- Looking for new solutions and process improvements
- Maintenance and development of event management
- Handling internal customer requests, incidents and tasks
We expect you to have :
Good knowledge of IT technologies in general. Awareness of event management process and tools for event management. The ability to design update of Event Management solution. You are able to solve complex issues with simple approach and driving change. You design and build solutions for internal and external customers, you interact with event management tools suppliers, so you have strong communication and interaction skills. English is on good level in oral and written.
Minimum technical knowledge:
- Needed experience in IT area, min. 4 years
- Knowledge of either event management or monitoring tools
- Knowledge of IT4IT or ITIL (Service Operation), certification is an advantage
