Specialista pro podporu Skype for Business a Office 365

With us you will be responsible for:

  • Unified Communication system (MS Skype for Business) administration and maintenance
  • providing expertise and resolution for all change requests, problems, service requests and incidents
  • continuous service – ticket solving, communication directly with customers/users,
  • participation in service implementation projects
  • technical consultations, internal knowledge sharing/training

We expect you to have:

  • knowledge of TCP-IP Network
  • Active Directory services, Windows Server

Knowledge taken as advantage:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft O365, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Gateways
  • Basic understanding of VoIP systems (e.g. call routing, SIP, H.323 or TDM voice – ISDN, POTS)
  • MS System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) is an advantage
  • PowerShell scripting
