  • Few year experience with SIEM solution deployments.

  • Experience with logs normalisation, parsing and RegEx.
  • Working experience with syslog-ng solutions.

  • Experience of planning and managing architectural roadmap for security operations.
  • Experience of improving automation and scalability factors in service delivery.
  • Extensive skills with Border protection, Identity & Access management, Endpoint security, Threat & Vulnerability management and Content Protection.
  • Hands on experience with Managed Security Service Provider's solutions and delivery processes.
  • Knowledge or experience of SOC processes and tasks (Security Operation Center).
You will be responsible:
  • in charge of finalizing of our current SOC renewal
  • developing capabilities and competences of SOC (tools, processes and people)
  • providing our Security Operation Center services for both external customers and internal ones
  • people management and development of competences of SOC personnel
  • leading personally major security incident cases
  • establish world class SIRT team with rapid reaction capabilities
We expect you to have:
  • solid security background, at least 5 year’s experience on some of the following areas:
    • experience of working in SOC, preferably in team lead position or running the whole operation
    • SIEM, EPP, NGFW, Vulnerability management, Identity and access management, authentication and remote access, data loss prevention, encryption
    • penetration testing, malware hunting/analysis, root cause analysis, security solution consultation
  • recognized certifications which proven your skills
    • e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM etc
  • preferably managerial and leadership experience from your previous assignments
  • knowledge of widely used information security frameworks, as well as industry standards, like ISO 2700x, ISO 900x, ISAE 3402 etc.
